Polytech Marseille graduates

You are a graduate engineer from Polytech Marseille or one of the schools whose specialties continue to develop within Polytech Marseille. We hope you enjoy browsing our site and come back often.

Alumni are the capital of an engineering school. This is because of the network of professionals they represent and the feedback they provide on the training courses. Polytech Marseille relies on its alumni to make it easier for its students to find internships, work placements and jobs, to gain a better understanding of the career options available to them after graduation, and to develop the content of its courses.

Tracking the future of our graduates and ensuring that we have a good understanding of the opportunities available to them after graduation are important factors in applications for accreditation of our courses by the Commission des titres d'ingénieurs (CTI). That's why we're counting on you to support us and help us promote your diploma by maintaining links with the school and responding to our surveys.

Over 8,400 engineers have graduated from the CTI-accredited university engineering programs created in Marseille over the last thirty years. Polytech Marseille is the heir to these excellent programs, and benefits from their wealth of experience, as well as a considerable network of working professionals.

Observations of the career paths of Polytech Marseille engineering graduates and numerous exchanges with alumni have led to the creation of job descriptions: discover examples of positions held and companies that hire engineers trained in the various Polytech Marseille specialties.

Each year, a survey is carried out on recent graduating classes to analyze their professional integration after graduation, and to gain a better understanding of the job opportunities and careers of Polytech Marseille engineers (survey common to member schools of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles, CGE). The survey return rate (70% in 2024 for the class of 2023) is regularly higher than the CGE average.

Polytech Marseille engineers quickly find jobs (82% in less than two months)

  • at high salary levels (average gross annual salary of 40,000 euros for the first job - 76% of jobs are based in the French provinces),
  • mostly on permanent contracts (89%), with executive status (94%) and project responsibility (65%),
  • they are satisfied or very satisfied with the working conditions in their first job (87%) and feel that their job corresponds to their level of qualification (94%).

Applications that comply with the procedure will be given priority. Incomplete applications will result in processing delays.
