La cordée de la réussite "PADE" (PArcours-DEcouverte) introduces middle and high school students to Polytech and Aix Marseille Université in a fun and educational way through an Escape Game.
The Polytech Marseille engineering school aims to raise awareness of scientific studies, studies within Polytech's 9 specialties, career opportunities, and extra-curricular activities (campus life, Student Office, FabLab, incubator and business start-ups, etc.). Come and discover an innovative scheme:
Interactive exhibition (stands), discovery of campus infrastructures (library, TP rooms, companies, faculties, research units), testimonials from university students and workshops to discuss their study paths.
In May 2022, 43 half-day sessions were held, attended by some 1,870 students, 200 teachers and 15 parents.
Between January and May 2023, 3,000 students from the 34 partner schools will be welcomed, mainly from Marseille's priority neighborhoods and rural areas. Some 50 parents of foreign students will also be made aware of the higher education options offered by Aix-Marseille University: cultural differences and stereotypes can prevent young people from planning ambitious study paths.
