  • Foreign applicants

Candidates from outside France who hold an engineering degree, a Master's 2 or equivalent, or who are in the process of doing so, can apply for the ECOD Specialized Master's® program.

However, the 'cost' and 'financing' aspects need to be carefully considered before applying. Indeed, the Mastère Spécialisé® ECOD is a paying course (like all Mastères Spécialisés®, these high-level courses are not financed by the French state).

What's more, for a newcomer to France, it's almost impossible to obtain a French grant or a work-study program.

As a result, the cost of enrolling in the Mastère Spécialisé® ECOD (individual student tuition fees amount to 7,000 euros all-inclusive, including registration fees) is borne entirely by the student.

This can be a relatively heavy financial burden, to which must be added the costs of travel, accommodation, food...

In fact, this type of training is traditionally designed for work-study programs under the "contrat de professionnalisation" (professional training contract), with the company paying both the training costs and the student's salary.

This type of contract is only available to people who have been resident in France for 1 year, and cannot be applied to new arrivals.

In addition, the trainee's level of French must be sufficient.
