Polytech Marseille, Le Présage restaurant and the Festins Photoniques association are organizing the 2nd University Solar Cooking Competition in scientific partnership with the Institut Universitaire des Systèmes Thermiques et Industriels (IUSTI) and the Institut Mécanique et Ingénierie (IMI), as part of the Year of Gastronomy.
