Corporate Relations

Our mission is to create gateways to the corporate world

The Polytech Marseille’s Engineering Faculty is committed to fulfill the primary mission of French Engineering Schools aimed at training high-level graduates (Grade of Master Degree), answering to employers expectations: specialized professionals, familiar with the most recent technologies, quickly operational and able to manage people and projects.

Optimizing the employability of our students requires permanent exposures to companies and their issues: our engineering programs are deeply oriented towards professionalization and include compulsory internships or apprenticeship (at least 9 months during the 3 years).

Our Career department is entirely dedicated to corporate and alumni relations. It provides support to professors to develop contacts with companies that hire the Graduate Engineers, to favor partnerships, to promote the engineering programs and to observe the careers of graduates.

Internship and job offers can be submitted to : polytech-entreprise@univ-amu.fr or you can post your offers on The Polytech Network Career Centre, Jobteaser : Here

Immersion in a professional situation is an integral part of engineering training

  • External speakers from companies and experts in their field provide lectures alongside permanent faculty members.
  • Three compulsory internships are an integral part of the engineering program. The programs also comprise group projects which develop autonomy, coordination and organization.

  • Apprenticeship is also possible during the last year of studies.
  • Job Fairs/ Job Datings organized by the school and its students favor student / companies contacts.
  • Polytech also benefits from a Partner Company Club (50 members) and from a vast network of alumni (8000) holding managing positions, they offer regularly internships, apprenticeships and jobs.
  • Community life is valued as a field of experimentation: students are strongly encouraged to undertake concrete actions, take responsibilities and prepare themselves for a management role: organization of Job Fairs, conferences with professionals, events with alumni or work for companies …

The employability of graduates is assessed by annual surveys

The professional integration of Polytech Marseille Graduate Engineers is observed thanks surveys on the latest promotions released (Joint survey of the French “Conférence des Grandes Ecoles”). The results of the 2019 class surveyed in spring 2020 (before the health crisis) are available online (in French... ). They follow the trends of all other French Engineering schools: Polytech Marseille’s Graduate Engineers are trained in jobs that hire, they rapidly find jobs in their field and evolve very quickly in their careers towards managing positions.
